Good news for travelers heading to Koh Lipe. After several days of heavy flooding across Southern Thailand, transport operators have confirmed that the Hat Yai–Koh Lipe route will resume normal operations starting 29 November.
Water levels in key areas have now dropped, roads have improved, and both vans and speedboats are ready to run as usual. This means travelers can once again take the standard route: Hat Yai → Pak Bara Pier → Koh Lipe.
Local operators say they are prepared to handle bookings and expect travel conditions to continue improving over the coming days. Ferry schedules are returning to normal, and no major delays are expected.
For anyone planning a trip soon, this reopening brings welcome relief. Koh Lipe is ready to welcome visitors back with calm seas, clear skies, and its famous turquoise water.
Travel safely, and enjoy your journey back to the islands!
